INTERPOL

The International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) is the world’s largest international police cooperation body, facilitating collaboration among 196 member countries. Founded in 1923, INTERPOL provides a neutral platform for law enforcement agencies to share intelligence, coordinate investigations, and combat transnational crime. Its work spans areas such as counter-terrorism, cybercrime, human trafficking, drug trafficking, and organized crime, while also supporting efforts to locate missing persons and fugitives. INTERPOL’s global communication system and databases allow member states to respond rapidly to cross-border threats, making it a vital actor in maintaining international security and justice
